Ingredients in preparing Black Sesame Seed Cookies
2 1/4 cup of unbleached white flour or 2 c. brown rice flour
1/4 cup of wheat germ
3/4 cup of turbinado sugar
1/2 cup of soy milk powder
1/2 cup of lecithin granules
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1 Tablespoon of Ener-G baking powder
1 cup of toasted black sesame seeds
3/4 cup of soy milk
1/2 cup of canola oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla
How to Make Black Sesame Seed Cookies
Mix flour, wheat germ, turbinado sugar, soy milk powder, lecithin granules, sea salt, baking powder and toasted sesame seeds. Add soy milk, oil and vanilla and mix well. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick oil spray. Drop cookies by tablespoonsful onto cookie sheet and flatten. Bake for 16 – 18 minutes.
